Using the site

You can play the free games without an account. An account lets you keep your progress, spend coins and unlock more. Please don't try to break, overload or cheat the site, its games or other players' accounts.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Pick a username and display name that aren't offensive or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove ones that are.
• Only upload profile pictures you have the right to use and that are suitable for all ages.
• If you're under 13, ask a parent or guardian before creating an account.

Coins and unlocks

• Coins are earned by playing. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged for cash, and can't be moved between accounts.
• Items and games you unlock are for your account only. We may rebalance prices or rewards to keep games fair.
• Invite rewards: when a friend signs up with your invite link, confirms their email and earns their first 100 coins by playing, you get 1,000 coins, once per friend. Each person can only be invited once. Rewards for accounts you made yourself, or for fake or throwaway accounts, don't count and may be removed.
• If coins or progress come from cheating, bugs or editing saved data, we may remove them.

Our games and content

The games, artwork, music and code on this site belong to DarkFrame Games or are used with permission. Don't copy or republish them without asking.

Changes and availability

We're always improving the arcade, so games and features may change, move or be removed. We try to keep the site running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
